​Situated in the south of France, Les Cazettes is a luxury villa near the villages of Damiatte, Lavaur, and Grauhlet. This peaceful retreat can be found in the heart of the beautiful Pays de Cocagne  region of Tarn, Occitanie, in the Midi-Pyrenees, just 50 minutes from Toulouse airport.

 

The Villa Experience

Relax in luxury at Les Cazettes, a fully-renovated 19th century manor house and its adjoining gîte. Our country retreat caters to families and groups of up to 20 looking for superior accommodation and amenities, yet with the freedom and privacy that can only be found in a villa rental.

Recently renovated, the villa and its 100-acre grounds offer both areas to get together as a group to socialise, or find solitude and unwind. Les Cazettes is an ideal getaway year-round. Enjoy alfresco poolside dining in the summer, or snuggle up next to a roaring fire on cool evenings. 

 

Les Cazettes represents the ultimate self-catering experience. Whether it’s in the manor house’s fully-equipped kitchen or the poolside barbecue and outdoor kitchen, food lovers can take advantage of fresh local produce when preparing meals. The gîte offers its own kitchen for larger groups who book it in addition to the manor house. You’ll find several places to enjoy your home-cooked meals, ranging from the covered poolside dining area, to the formal dining room with wood-burning fireplace, or perhaps coffee and a croissant on the patio in the courtyard. 

 

** Should you require catering for a special meal, this can be arranged with outside caterers by prior arrangement, at additional costs.

 

If you’re feeling energetic, make use of the many facilities our luxury villa has to offer. Enjoy a game of tennis on our all-weather, championship size private tennis court and practice wall. Or, challenge each other to games of petanque,, table tennis, pool, croquet, badminton, or darts … or take a walk around our beautiful estate with areas of woodland and meadow. Should you prefer a workout, make use of the gym with weights, floor exercise equipment, a boxing punch bag, and yoga mats.

 

If it’s relaxation you’re after, Les Cazettes will surely please. Laze by the pool on a hot summer’s day, let our wood-fired open-air hot tub bubble your worries away, or unwind in the sauna with its spectacular sunset views. Curl up with a book in the manor house’s elegant living room, or disappear to a peaceful spot in the garden. Board games and books are on offer in the villa, as well as modern conveniences and entertainment, so you’ll have access to WiFi and a smart TV with satellite channels, or log into your own TV streaming accounts.

The Villa Space

Les Cazettes can be booked as either only the manor house (up to 12 people) or for larger groups of up to 20, there’s the option to add the 4-bedroomed guesthouse/gîte. The manor house and gîte are never booked independently, so you’ll always have exclusive use of our villa and grounds, with the exception of a small number of storage or workshop areas. You’ll only have access to the gîte when you book it along with the manor house. For detailed information on the room configuration and sleeping arrangements, see further below. The villa has been renovated with entertainment in mind, so you’ll find areas both indoor and outside to gather and socialise. 

 

Outdoor Entertainment areas

Take advantage of several outdoor relaxation areas at Les Cazettes. Our swimming pool and outdoor kitchen area takes centre stage for summer time entertainment. Here you’ll find a 12m x 6m swimming pool, flanked by sun-loungers to enjoy lazy sunny days, a wood-fired built-in barbecue and outdoor kitchen, dining table, lounge area with sound system, bathroom and change rooms, outdoor shower, sauna and a hot tub.

Corporate packages

Enquire about our corporate packages that include daily cleaning, catered dinners, continental breakfasts, tea/coffee stations, and use of a projector, printer and stationery.

 

Other points to note

• Caretakers live in private accommodation on the estate, available for help and advice if required. 

• All facilities and amenities are for the private and exclusive use of the renters.

• The swimming pool is open year-round, but is not heated in winter, The woodfired, open-air hot tub and sauna with views are available year-round.

• Pets are allowed by prior arrangement – conditions apply. Please enquire. 

 

Notes for parents

• 2 x camp (travel) cots with sheets are available. Bring your own baby blankets

• 2 x baby high chairs 

• The pool is not covered or fenced. A pool alarm is available.

• The property is not fully fenced – children need to be supervised at all times.

• Please take notice of the bedroom configuration when selecting to book the manor house, and whether the additional gîte is required. **2 Queen bedrooms are external, in the courtyard so keep this in mind when considering the manor house twin room for children.

• While the property welcomes families, it has not specifically been baby-proofed, so parents are responsible for the safety of their children at all times.
